The Backstory

Flyers Cocktail Co. are a product of COVID and identified a gap in the no/low CBD beverage category.

They quickly found product-market-fit through a healthy paid media strategy (2x ROAS), but were being held back by a lack of digital knowledge and execution power.

Our Work

We are working with the Flyers team to help them navigate two tracks; their next stage of growth, and, the complex world of selling CBD & THC online.

In doing so we’re moving them from a custom framework to an off the shelf theme and Stay.ai + Authorize.net to power their subscriptions.

Our joint KPI is to maintain and grow their 40% retention rate.
