Lumi Therapy is the brain child of two mates and fitness enthusiasts - Gavin Teague & Callum Vincent.

They saw a gap in 2020 to create a brand that would make a positive impact in the world of sports therapy by offering cutting-edge, high-quality products designed to meet the needs of athletes and fitness lovers alike.

Lumi Therapy has an excellent product and a dedicated, engaged customer base - but their category is becoming increasingly competitive.

By reinvigorating their CRM strategy, re-designing traffic-heavy areas of the site, gameplanning their expansion into new territory and being smarter with their data we’re helping them to differentiate and to power their next stage of growth.

As a rapidly growing business, Factory is also plugging personnel gaps across Lumi's design, development and growth departments as we help them build a strong and scalable team.
